A good feature that most new games incorporate to avoid the quitter mentality. NO ONE LIKES A QUITTER!

Hi @iiBullFrog ,
Though think most players do not like to see another team player quit the game, then we should not forget what it is: A game. A pleasure time engagement for joy and entertainment.
It is not a professional job for the vast majority of us. None are obliged to stick around for it. Not all are lucky in this world and have maybe a medical condition that needs attention. Also many of us being blessed having a family around, friends around and also real jobs that needs and deserves our time and attention.
Certainly I always consider that health, family and friends should have priority above anything else here in life.
So instead of negative punishment, then think instead of increasing the rewards for those that do complete the game rounds. It is much better to encourage positive behaviors with incentives. Those that do have to take care of their health, family or job will leave the game round no matter what silly penalty scheme you may come up with.
