Portal needs assign mod/ admin option to kick/ban players

Portal is insanely fun and allows for a  mid range lvl of creativity. Honestly I play it much more than the base game due to a very popular community creation. But one of the many things Portal needs would be allowing multiple individuals to be assigned an admin/ moderator role in the server to be able to kick/ ban/ broadcast a message.

I host this popular game mode that frequently has 128 players, however, what kills the server is me signing off after 6-8 hours to go do life things. There are ppl around the world who operate on a different schedule, and every game will have ppl not playing by the rules. 

This would allow for many Portal servers to keep running since we don't have a dedicated system in place.
