@locked_n_cocked47.37Gb here 🙂
- @TrasteTh says there is an update available, maybe thats where the extra GB lies? Guess we will see. Preload time is quick.

@locked_n_cockedyou arrrr right, I see a patch scheduled here.
I get around 75 MB/Sec download speed which is decent.
@TrasteThwell preload is done and still says update available. But it did only load 47.37 GB. Hope that doesnt mean on Friday I have to DL another 53 GB. Dont know how XBOX peeps got in early without half the game.
EDIT
I went to the spoke to update game and did a quick update and applied the update but still missing half the game.
Considering there is single player content, I cant imagine it being like massive. Even with Portal.
@Buzzfunktrue but they did say earlier that the install size was around 100 GB. I have seen that many places. Unless that changed. In the system requirements it says 100 GB. Unless thats to cover expansions as well.
- TrasteTh4 years agoSeasoned Ace@Buzzfunk I think this was a typo "Considering there is single player content" :o)
- @locked_n_cocked On Xbox you have 2 versions of the game which can make the download seem close to 100 GB. And this is if you install the old console version and the new console version. I dont need the old so it was only half that basically.
- @ghinavirus ahh that makes sense. But in the SSD/HDD requirements it does say 100 GB. 47 GB seems small considering BF1 and BFV are much larger. I was just expecting a larger install but im not complaining if 47ish GB is all it is!
- @locked_n_cocked I thought the same initially. No campaign though so that reduces it somewhat
