@nontanioI hope they fix it, I've stopped playing entirely as there's no point without progression and I don't want to play on multiplayer cos it's full of snipers and helis spawn killing.
I am actually finding Solo / Co-op more fun than multiplayer - especially on some maps where a genius decided that Breakthrough needed so many vehicles.
It isn't fun when there's sometimes two tanks, two hovercraft, two attack helicopters etc all contesting one point continuously and running over people as soon as they try to respawn.

@b0n3zyNope... Insurgency Sandstorm. The dev said that they don't want to mix console and PC player, as it will not be a fair experience for console players.
This should be the default setting and thinking for all FPS, with the option to opt-in for cross-play with PC players. But we should not be forced, which is the case given the current implementation for Xbox users.
My experience of playing BF4 on PS3, XB1 and PC is that consoles have better movement and worse shooting controls, and PC is the opposite - as a result, you tend to hit and get hit more on PC and can't evade nearly as easily - that aim benefit generally does seem to outweigh the movement benefits of the stick on a controller.
Perhaps though, that's just me - I haven't ever gotten close to how well I used to play on PS3 through XB1 and I only got PC after official servers ended, so that may not be a fair comparison.
