The saddest part to all this is that, I was having so much fun in solo/coop and unlocking things, and it only lasted 1 day. 😢

And now they're being pedantic with progression & unlocks etc, Portal understandably but for solo/coop it's so unfortunate, I just hope all unlocks return and they'll keep the XP fair.

Backend updates that can take away features you bought the game is...Scary & sad lol.

So has this been confirmed to be a bug? I’ve seen some people reach out and get responses in this forum saying it’s a bug. Do we know this?

@BigBearBardUnfortunately, no. That's why we're trying to get answers...
Some people are saying it's intentional, specifically a community manager on steam, and someone at EA gave a copy/paste answer earlier on of a tweet from the Battlefield Twitter, but that's about it...

Whether it's intentional or not, it can't be like this lol. The progression either needs to be brought back, or limited to bots of Intermediate difficulty or higher.

  Hi everyone, first time posting but this is also the first time I’ve ever considered requesting a refund for a game so I thought I’d contribute to bumping this thread. I’m giving it until this Friday’s formal launch day and if the issue has not be reverted or a plan to do so I’ll be seeking a refund on the Xbox store for the digital ultimate edition I purchased on the grounds that the game has been modified after it launched from how it was advertised. Simply put it is false advertisement and the product no longer reflects what we were sold and was modified after the fact. It’s very disappointing as I was looking forward to the game but like most I’m not prepared to spend $149.95 on a product I don’t want, need or will use.

  @TDawg262 I called it 10 or more pages ago.
  Don't expect patches sooner than the normal launch day.
  Well, actually, it's worse than that. Tom Henderson is always a good source of info on anything Battlefield.
  Don't know about the XP issue specifically though, they might do something on the backend.
  Look on the bright side. At least Nvidia released new "Launch Day" drivers last night.
  Haven't tried them yet to see if they make a difference, it's just a waste of time for me to play if I can't level up the guns.

    @b0n3zyThank you for the heads up. Dang, that's a real shame, but I can't say I'm surprised...
    Well, no matter what, I'm determined to keep this thread alive even so. I want them to see this post as much as possible, so that they can see just how much people this is affecting, and how we're not okay with it. They're already doing little fixes here and there, like dozer's shield, so it's not like they're completely doing nothing.
    I'm confident they will help us out eventually, they have to, especially with the big launch on Friday. We just need to keep this at the top of the bug page...
