PS4 BF2042 Unable to Refund (havent even owned the game 24hours yet)

According to the Sony staff they wont let me refund the game because I downloaded it and played maybe an hour or 2 of it. The only reason I even bought it was to play with my PC buddys, and PS4 cant...

    Sorry @OneMeanDragon, I'm not sure why you would have been directed to speak with us about a refund.

    If this game was purchased on PS4, that transaction would go through Sony's billing systems. 

    We have no access to those and would not be able to provide refunds for transactions that didn't go through our own billing system. You'll need to speak with PlayStation Support again to look into that further.

@EA_Mako You might want to look into finding a way to refund PS4 players' purchases because Sony seems to be refusing everyone. I was refused because I pre-ordered the game over 14 days before release. The game is a miserable mess and I want my money back!
