Purchased BF coins, didn't receive any.

I made 2 purchases, one was denied, the other went through and drew the money. This amazingly happy freaking MIRACLE of a website does not even have a contact support button, let alone a bad written AI chatbot, no you have to post to public forums. WHAT!? Am I supposed to post all my personal details here on the public forum and wait for days until some random stranger can help me instead of EA being able to afford to pay some employees and actually contribute to society for once? What a shame this company is.

    Skill issue. Try logging in harder, or using the opposite hand to move the mouse cursor and click the login button.

    which battlefield game are you referring, i'll move your post out of the starwars the old republic forum to the right place
