Spotted just now in a game. Heard some unknown sound while flying and then saw it. Railgun tank shooting in burst mode. Only managed to hit a short clip, unfortunately, but what is this? Is it a bug? Or something I don't know about the railgun tank?

EDIT: Here is a screenshot few seconds later, a tank, 2 seats only. MBTs have 4 seats
Yeah. That video seems to show exactly what you describe. Burst-mode on the main railgun. I too would like to know. I didn't see anything in the loadout that does that. Possibly cheat/exploit.

I believe it is a bug from the PoV of other people that makes it look like if there is a burst instead of a single shot.

But I definitely did not manage to get it to happen while using my own TOR tank
I think yesterday I got it on video, Ill check after work. I saw it and sounded like burst too.
Seems weird the glitch can be seen by other players and not just the player having the glitch. Would be great to know if all three shells did damage on the server end???
For example, for about a week my NTW-50 would go into full infinite auto-fire mode, firing 5 shots a second and the bullets would hit items on my screen when I activated the glitch via putting on armor plates right after respawn and the gun was attempting to reload due to another glitch that still occurs today after respawn (two animations at the same time creates weird glitches), yet nobody else could see and it would not do any damage to other player. Dice fixed it quickly but I have a few videos as it was real on my screen...but not observable by others...
THe tank burst fire seems server side, not just client side so that is concerning as that means it could actually damage other players...
