Razer Tartarus issues

In the Open Beta, I had issues with the Razer Tartarus(for the rest of this question i'll refer to it as RT). Its a secondary keyboard that is ergonomic and keeps my hand from cramping. When I had the RT plugged in, several keys didn't work and the gun was firing without any input. The fix was to unplug the RT and play with only the regular keyboard. I played through the open beta with the normal keyboard but my hand wouldn't let me play for more than a game as it really started to be painful. 

I was wondering if when the game goes live the RT would work? If it can't be supported I unfortunately would have to refund the pre-order since I just wouldn't be able to play.

    @Olisoda This was reported in the tech test and beta so the studio is aware. This will be corrected when the game launches if I'm remembering the Beta lessons learned post completely.

    @Olisoda Sorry, I am not of much help here, but I know that there are others reporting similar issues with other input devices, and that those have been addressed/resolved.
    Do a bit of searching and see if any of the existing answers match your problem.
    It MAY be that i saw those solutions in the Battlefield 2024 Beta discussion that has now been closed down though.

    @Olisoda The Razor Tartarus most likely registers as a controller with the system, not as a keyboard. So you need to check the controller settings as well. So you may need to unbind some controller buttons and stick settings when they conflict with the keyboard configuration.

    @Olisoda I had the same issue with the Orbweaver. Simple fix was to unbind all the controller settings, however, like @ragnarok013 has stated, they are aware of the issue and will be fixed by launch.
