The bf2042 I played on my PC was purchased in origin. The versions I saw were gold and ultimate edition. I pre ordered Ultimate Edition. After I clicked to upgrade the game, I found gold in the additional content instead of in the game library

Yes, I played the 2042 beta test. At present, I have found two 2042 in the game library, one is the 2042 of the beta test, the other is the 2042 I ordered in advance. I didn't find the third one, but found gold in the additional content.
I did hear that EA play Pro has some exclusive benefits, but these do not seem to have any connection with gold.

That is correct. EA Play Pro allows you to have access to the best edition there is. 🙂 So that would be the Ultimate Edition in this case.

I pre ordered ultimate edition before, and later I got Ultimate Edition through EA play pro. If so, there should be no gold in the additional content. I don't know what to do

I think you don't need to worry about that as you've bought Ultimate Edition this edition is a higher and you will get all content anyway.

After the web page is opened, there are usually two options in the middle of the web page. After I open it, it doesn't appear, and other options can't be clicked

@DecreeNo9, if you're unable to reach our Live Support team via the website, it is possible that you are blocking the website via either a VPN, AdBlocked, Script/Proxy block or your network is blocking the site etc. I would recommend to try it via a different browser or on another device. If the other device is not working on the same network, you can try to create a mobile hotspot via your mobile phone and connect your device via mobile internet maybe.

For the case I have established, I downloaded the 2042 I ordered in advance. The version I ordered in advance is also ult edition, and the version of EA play Pro is also ult edition
