Recoil bug getting fixed in Season 6

- @RayD_O1 Out of all changes coming in S6, this is definitely top 1 for me.
It will fix that feeling you sometimes have when your aim is on point, but it's actually not. After Enders filing the bug 300 days ago I had given up hope on a fix, but they finally came through!

Yeah it's a very welcome surprise. 👍 Yay, after nearly 2 years from release date we get proper basic gunplay functionality...
the question is does that fix the general input issues, especially on mouse and keyboard or is that only for that specific bug....

I believe it is for the bug where the reticle doesn't follow the red dot properly. Reticle not where you are firing delayed behind red dot.
