Reduce the number of players needed to start a round

Hey folks, just wanted to pop in here and let you know I have seen and have read this thread.

I've passed on the feedback here so it will be seen, just wanting to set some realistic expectations that while we may not always be able to respond to every thread, they are read and taken seriously.
