SCOPE REFLECTION
Scope reflection Get rid of the dam scope reflection and/or the option to disable it in the portal custom mode map making. Scope reflection, I get it, it's a form of equalization however unrealisti...
I agree with this thread.
But I have also learned that any suggestion we make fall on deaf ears.
Community managers don’t even reply most of the time and the devs never address any suggestions or issues we raise.
I’ve lost count how many times I’ve tried to give them the heads up about issues or improvements that could be made.
Literally pointless.
The portal element of this game could be so much better if they just listened - or even played their own game now and again!
Many bugs and glitches remain and they will NOT be addressed, be sure of that.
I’ve now given up trying to help identify bugs and glitches.
Sadly, this is yet another BF game that doesn’t fulfil its potential.
This is also why I no longer buy premium.
Paying for premium means you should get a premium product. And sadly that just isn’t the case.
Don’t get me wrong, I do like this game and I would not switch to another game.
I did a screen share with a friend and he showed me him playing COD.
My god, was COD bad.
seriously, it was terrible and doesn’t stand up to BF.
That said, it is sad that the devs of BF don’t seem interested in polishing the game or listening to us to improve the game.
I can tell you that I have spent months making servers in portal. I have around 15 of them.
I have coded in ALOT of crazy stuff in my servers to make them a hoot to play.
I have a regularly following on my servers.
Just a shame that we aren’t given more tools to make this game shine.
Appreciate the suggestion in that it should be a toggle setting within custom experiences, will send the suggestion through.
In All-Out Warfare, however, this is a balancing mechanic to have some detrimental effect on a individual who may be way off in the distance. Certain scope zooms have scope glint, lower zoom does not. Its the pay off for having the ability to be far from immediate danger and this is something that has existed in multiple Battlefield titles.

It is a fair tradeoff for balancing shooting from far away
But what when someone is not shooting for quite a while?
I am avoiding ADSing to scout for enemies because someone might see the glow before I even decide to shoot anyone.
In every depiction of snipers in movies etc show them spending a lot of time looking through that scope and waiting. We cant do that in BF because that gives away ones position prematurely.
I believe the idea of someone not glowing if they had not shot at anything for a long time is not that game breaking.
I am aware that we can just use the SOFLAM as binoculars instead but that definitely introduces a delay in case a good opportunity arises, and it also has its own red glow too..
