The squad leader marks objective to either be attacked or defended. All four members of the squad go over to that objective to defeat enemies and support one another with revives, heals, ammo, spotting and repairs. This is so simple that it can be done without saying a word.
The problem with this series is that people do not go into servers for the many game modes already wanting to do this. Unfortunately in Battlefield crappy squads result in overall trash teams.
They should give us an incentive to win the game as a team. Double XP somehow, or being No1 squad 5 times and you get a skin etc. They could figure it out. Or a reward for just staying and defend a flag instead of constantly running around.
Honestly, it's just laziness on both EA and Dice part as a whole.
