So can we get EA to make it console only crossplay 400% rise in cheat websites.

Sorry but I had enough with this in Warzone as an Xbox user we can't turn it off at all, This game is going to be plagued with them and console users will be forced to put up with it, as PS5 per Sony's terms in crossplay will get full option to turn it off while Xbox users will get the option but not useable same as in Apex atm.

Crossplay for consoles is great! both have the same system specs give or take, Bringing in PC with not only cheaters but can change settings, have higher FoV, higher FPS and the best control  scheme in Mouse and KB its not fair.

    Hey Everyone, 

    It seems this thread has gotten a bit off track, I know we are all excited for BF 2042 to release, and with the new generation of consoles out, there are a lot more possibilities than what has previously been available. 

    While we wait for the release and get new information we need to remember to be kind to one another both in-game and here on Answers HQ. Remember we always have our Forum rules and guidelines available here. 

    If you are wanting to find out new and confirmed the information I would recommend keeping an eye on these two spots:

    From here I will be closing this thread, If you have further feedback to share or want to talk about some of the things we already know will be on the next Battlefield feel free to make a new post here. Once the game has been released we will also have spots for technical assistance and any other issue you may encounter.

    @carsono311  Its like ground hog day.. the day of that blog a dev on twitter which I linked you cleared it up PC on or your platform only. So go back and read it your own link post #13

    I am talking about the third option here: console only

    Which the answer has always been: they are working on it. Full on and off has always been a thing, because it is a requirement.

    @carsono311  Ok so your just trolling now? 

    " So if your're playing on an Playstation 5, and you opt out of crossplay, you will play with Playstation 5 players hope that helps"

    To clarify: PS5 and Xbox|S players can't play together "without the PC players" via BF2042 cross-play functionality. If you op out of cross-play, you'll only play with players "of your platform". 

    Get it now?

    I have tried to help you understand that no one knows about console only crossplay at this point, other than what’s been linked here and in other topics. Good day.

    @carsono311  Are you for real? I linked the head dev twitter, I linked BF bulletin twitter telling you what it is, and still you think your right. 

    Fan site wrong, dev wrong and carsono right...

    Without bringing fuel to the fire, I too would like to have the option to play console only as the cheating is ridiculous on PC
