@TankerFlankerI am fine being the minority but it absolutely is. Re-installed BF4 recently and it's clear as day. The random spread that BF4 has is atrocious.
BFV bullets have weight. You can feel the physics of firing the weapons and what you expect the rounds coming out of the barrel to do. BF4 has nothing of the sort.

So in a nutshell, there are random elements included in BFV gunplay as well. You are correct however that it is entirely different than the RBV (random bullet deviation) that DICE was using in previous titles...
