Spawning system is annoying and needs to be fixed

Spawning has always been problematic and all BF-games have bad spawns to some extent.

But Dice improved spawning a lot in BF1 (BFV was more or less the same as BF1) and now we are back to the BF4-days of bad spawns.

It seems like spawning is randomly chosen from predefined spawn-points, and the game doesn't take enemy positions into account in any way.

The only safe way to spawn, is spawning at the base, but that is just stupid.
