A Permanent rush in AoW is long overdue.

But as far as Squid G's Chaos is concerned, it needs to give the attackers a bit more pushing power

@UP_Hawxxeye I spawned in and was immediately killed by a sniper in my spawn. That sucks. No reason for that.
