Over the past week, BF20423 changes the character I am playing with for every new match. I am using Falck now. But, lately, at the beginning of every new match my character has changed without my doing. WTF is this?

I presume you mean by the missions.
They do this to force people to get a taste of other specialists. You dont have to play them. They will also rotate guns using missions. I understand why they do it. Some of the guns I dislike, but if I want the 5 points, I have to complete the mission.
There are many XP farms in portal if you dont want to complete the mission for the points.

Yeah I noticed that yesterday after playing on the 1942 mode in Portal my character was changed in AOW.
