[Suggestion] Addition of a separate Lis missile sensitivity slider

@UP_Hawxxeye agreed! There needs to be separately controlled sensitivity to improve turning speeds etc. of the missile. I doubt it will ever be as good as it was before it was nerfed, but any improvement to how it is currently would be welcomed.
