T1 requirements for specialists and gear need to be rebalanced.

All weapons have a 1,200 kill requirement for T1. For all primary weapons, that's extremely fair. For secondaries, especially the M44? Yea, that's a little much. Take it down like 200 kills at least ...

@doctor_butts you make it seem like any amount of thought or effort went into determining the Mastery levels. As you can tell, there was none.

I still love the Armor and Med Pen. Those just have to be in your inventory, what a brilliant idea.

The game is so hollow and you could tell little time and effort went into anything, including progression. This is not changing, otherwise, they already would have done so.
