I kinda disagree with this, I think the anticheat needs a buff so it detects more things than it currently does, But it would also be helpful if EA lists what software is currently forbidden from being loaded so that we don't get these "I was falsely banned" threads too.
IMHO We shouldn't be segregating the community just because some dirty cheaters can't help themselves
Maybe you're right LOL. But keeping a list of forbidden software is like anti-spyware where you invest a lot of time, money, and manpower to keep searching/exploring for malware (cheats). I think it would be a huge investment. I don't know what the solution is unfortunately.
Another problem is the true cheaters vs those users who have been falsely accused. Basically, they say the same thing. "I'm no cheater! I've never cheated in my life. I don't even know how to cheat. I was valedictorian. I'm an angel." Now this puts EA into the seat of judge and jury having to argue with every alleged cheater. Tough place for EA to be.

If EA put 10 dollars of budget into the judge/jury position they could have somebody verify the anticheat by looking at stats. accounts with 1000 hours and 15 year history and consistent 1.3 k/d aren't cheating. Tons of us getting banned nonetheless, and appeals denied, having no clue how we could have possibly cheated.
