Why does the F35 not have auto repair but the SU25 does? I have died multiple times because I could not repair my vehicle in a dog fight and the opposing SU 25 pilot wins, just because I don't have the tool.

They do both have auto repair though. The problem isn't the auto-repair. It's that the panther has better maneuverability while all the felon has is better speed. It is near impossible to shake a decent pilot in the felon while I shake felons in the panther all the time. The speed means absolutely nothing when the map size means you'll get caught regardless but the maneuverability is huge in a dogfight. VTOL is another massive advantage the panther has. Making a pass on a heli to get their countermeasures then swinging around and hitting vtol to go into a near halt to fire off two missiles before flares are back up is just something the felon cannot do. Please please please consider reworking the Felon and giving it something so that's it's actually good at what it should be. Killing aircraft. At this point when I'm russian 80% of the time I don't even fly because the felon is so awful.
