The number of players is gradually decreasing!
Your daily average player count has dropped to 4-5 thousand. When will you edit and improve the game as a team? You disappoint people. Now we want new map, new weapon, new maps

You are correct but don't state false information that can be used to discredit you. Those 4-5 thousand are steam players. There must be at least 10 times that in Origin.
But still, the playerbase is without a doubt decreasing and we are not able to find matches, sometimes even during the typical busy times.
WHERE IS THE ROADMAP?
There is absolutely not 10x that count on Origin. Steam has a larger player base with more exposure on its store to more people. I used to purchase battlefields on Origin but moved to steam since it's available there now and because Steam is a better platform. It just has a better game library too. There's no reason to buy on Origin over Steam if you have the option. A large amount of other Origin folks moved their purchases to steam too.
Without data from Origin threads like this are completely pointless. I'm betting there is definitely way more 2042 purchases on Origin than Steam but without all the data absolutely no one can say for sure how many people are playing 2042. I'm also betting Origin won't start making player counts available any time soo either, for obvious reasons lol
- @ZarkullenO_O Would like to point out that no one likes buying games off of origin either, because of their * EULA when it comes to refunds and communication. It drives people insane to the point they want to do charge backs cause they feel stolen from, in which, per EA policy, they ban your entire account and any game you've bought on it. Have $3k worth of games on your account? Not anymore! Now you have to rebuy and reprogress in all of them!!
EA is NOT a good company to buy directly from.
Tom henderson ( gaming journalist with intern leaked infos from ea/dice employees said it about 40k to 50k players on average accross all platforms) . He said that on a video released last week on youtube..
Steam numbers just show a trend.. what happen to player count on steam surely happen on other platforms too.
Its not because someone buy the game on origin that he will not stop playing it..
- @Tronald0_78 50k concurent players isnt the same as total players .. Average gamers play from 1 to 3 hours a day an average of 2 hours for most so anything between 40k and 50k concurent players if stable trough the 24 hours cycle means about 600k individual account play the game in a week ...
thats said on steam only there is over 60k to 80k individual players who play 2042 in a week ..
its nit amasing but its ok adding origin Eadesktop , epicgames into the mixe only on pc there is a potential 180 to 200k individual players who play every weeks ..
For sure this aint Apex legends 150k to 250k+ concurents on steam only wich mean millions of individual players but still BF2042 is nor abysal either it has some players troughout the day- @Stew360 Thats why i said 40-50k average. . In 24h maybe 200k players can log in across platforms, maybe more !! Those numbers are the players at a given time plus peak !!
