Squad leaders don’t call out points to attack/defend.
Hardly anyone will revive a downed teammate, even if they are standing ride beside them.
If a squad leader actually calls out points, the rest of the squad rarely goes along with the plan.
Everyone is running around playing their own game of TDM.

How many times have you been Sqad Leader? The callout works as well as the revive in the beta.... so it's more random. I've been shot several times trying to mark the target.
Revive doesn't work every time either, so clearly many don't do it. Because they would just die. The system has a serious design flaw, the old system with defibrillator as equipment works, the new system where you first have to run to the dead and hope, does not work.
