Tornados are the cheapest most uninspirational feature i have ever come across in a game. To think this would be a good way to bring some form of excitement in the game is totally wrong. For little kids maybe yes… Its downright horrible and shows us what a terrible mess EA has made from a once great FPS… #lovebc2&bf3

The Tornado is cool for the first few times after that it becomes more of an annoyance.
Overall I think they had to sacyfice too much to make it technicaly work like destruction or more detailed maps.
The Tornado is not the Problem.
But the Tornade is on every map and their lack in impact are the problems to me... There is no variety. I hoped for a little more different extreme weather events like a tsunamis or a hurrican that really changes the map.
Even BF3 had a map in Aftermath with little earthquakes that could happen. It would have been awesome if a big earthquake may (or may not) happen at any time in the round an drastically changes the map layout.
Would have prefered this over 128 player tbh.
In 2042 we have a downgrade in destruction and a downgrade in Levolution. That's a bit sad.
I dont mind the tornado. In some matches it was rather interesting because it can lock points while it is flying over.
It was interesting that people used different flanks and routes to be on the outside of the tornado while making progress towards the flag.
Besides the look and the "weeeee" moment the tornado actually brings in tactical elements as well.
But i guess since you are way to mature you only noticed the sillyness of it.

@cornybbq2I can't agree. It's a pretty nice feature and gives the map some dynamics, which it else wouldn't have.
I do think they should add way more of these, like some blizzard on the snow map.
