Thor Railgun Nerf

The Tor tank needs to be removed from the game. I can averaged about 12 vehicles destroyed on breakthrough

This is much more of a map design problem.

Each time that any side has  access to a perch that is out of bounds for the other team, a puppy cries.

IMHO, every soldier or ground vehicle that can shoot at the main map sectors should be able to be reached on foot.

Oh no something that is useful against air power.

The problem with this railgun has been brewing for a long time.
He definitely needs to make adjustments. My suggestions to choose from:
1. Remove the ability to hold a charge so that the colossal damage is justified by the difficulty of aiming.
Or:
1. Reduce damage and adjust it from a distance. Eliminate the possibility of fatal damage beyond 300m for an attack helicopter.

Required in any version:
Active tank protection should absorb some of the damage from the railgun. TOR is a siege tank and its task is to operate at a distance; in close combat it should not have any advantages. In a direct confrontation with a battle tank at close range, a TOP with active protection will win 100%. In a collision with a battle tank, the active protection of the TOP will allow him to fire 2 shots with impunity, which will be enough to destroy the battle tank. This is why Active Defense must absorb some of the damage to give the tank a chance.

Let him remain, but his power must be justified by the skill of pre-emptive fire. Currently, he is an imba for anyone who is not very interested in leading an active way of playing.
