Thor Railgun Nerf

Been away from the game about 1 and a half year, came back a few weeks ago. I serioulsly reported some guys using that tank in the first week,  sniping me from across the map while im high on the sky with my jet didnt seemed normal....but apparently it is... how is that balanced?   Was playing Stranded 64vs64 Conquest, i literally spawned the jet and not even one second later got sniped by a thor from the enemy uncap base!, two times in a row!!! 

Atleast make it a two shot or something its ridiculous
