To the Community Managers
I've noticed over the past few days that there is a LOT more involvement from you all in the messages. As I've said in many threads before, I know how hard this job is as I relate in a "customer service/experience" job as well. It sucks to come in here day after day and look at all of the negativity. I've been pretty negative myself about a lot of the frustrations we're having right now.
All of that said, I personally appreciate the added participation. It goes a long way to see you all involved with us, even when there's not much to report. Please keep up that trend! Thanks for what you do...
