I actually like it this way, even as someone that uses vehicles a lot. It stops people from delivering vehicles to enemies and people that have no idea what they are doing from constantly crashing choppers and such.
if you want to practice with vehicles, go play against bots until you are comfortable with it.

I am not sure we had such problems in the past.
For me the only thing this system does is giving away vehicles to different people unless they are unwanted.PS: It is hard to practice air to air with bots because the bots do not use air more than very few times per round.
Are you on pc or console? Because I can tell you that it’s 200% a problem on console.
