If there is only 1 map in S6, this is what we get for the 6 weeks after S5, and the next game is at least 16 months away, they may have killed the franchise for good.
@Adamonic Ya that's what I mean why are now having to wait 18 weeks for a new map. This will be the lowest this game has went since pre season. BET. It's disgusting to have to wait 12-14 and up to 18 weeks to get a new map. We all know it'll be mediocre at best too, it's not going to be some amazing map like seige of Shanghai, Rotterdam, or one of beautifully crafted bf1 maps. Take that sloppy map we call flashpoint for example. Waited 14 weeks for a desert with an oil refinery and an empty tunnel, Oh and guess what that's now the no pats home, the worst seasonal map in the game. Not the cool ship on stranded or the cliff side resort on exposure. I'm really just over 2042, it truly disgusted me the way the franchise has become and the amount of time it takes to get basic stuff in 2042 like missing features, more weapons, and maps. They make sure they add them cosmetics to the store every week tho. Maybe the bots will buy them cause I doubt anyone still playing will.

- @Anobix My love letter is adios amigos, I am no longer supporting this clown show. I have been here since launch in hopes that things would actually improve. They literally put lipstick on a pig for the last 20+ months and never actually made the core of the game any better. I would be embarrassed to put my name anywhere near this title.
- @Adamonic it's sad that that is true because the game finally started to get more stable players and the game was finally get to a decent place. Make a documentary on how to take this rising star and turn it into a crashing meteor. Never thought bf1 would've been the Pinnacle of battlefield, but it is
- @Adamonic My gut feel is that the direction of the game was dictated by the most senior levels of EA, over the objections of many in DICE. However, the past pronouncements from corporate shills in DICE have done them no favours.
Would love a 'warts and all' expose from past EA/DICE insiders - it would make an enlightening Harvard Business School case study!Redux is not that bad from the PoV of those who missed parts of these mid events
