ToS Team Not Actually Investigating

I have been banned for Competitive Advantage, In a game Ive have only ever played in Solo or Coop Mode. I have purchased one skin pack throughout my time playing. What is the competitive advantage to playing against bots? How does that justify a ban? If the ToS Team was actually Investigating these things they would know I had only ever played Solo/Coop mode, the only other time there was another player involved was when a friend was playing on xbox and joined the game while still in Coop mode! not even on the opposing team. no exploits were used, no external or internal software/hardware. just being banned because I played a game mode specifically included in the game with a friend on a different console, the team does not specify any reason, they offer no help, they leave no notes, just close the case leaving you to appeal.

    Welcome to the club, looks like you and I have some common software, GeForce, and Steam. I have spoken to three people who are part of or lead the anticheat team at EA, and they are fully investigating right now. I have mentioned that in the past 4 months, looking at the forum here, on Steam, and Reddit, there are numerous individuals banned out of the blue, and some people have been playing Battlefield titles for 20+ years. Why would people be hacking on their main accounts? Either way, they are looking into it. 

    I will make a post so everyone can see it.

    As was pointed out by ElliotLH​ we aren't able to help with bans or suspensions here on the forums, it really does need to go through an appeal with the ToS team through the link provided by Elliot.

    Appeals are investigated throughoughly.

    I am having the exact same problem as you right now. I was banned last Saturday minutes after I finished a game on Battlefield 2042, I've never used cheats before and have had an EA account since 2010. I've tried appealing but had the same automated response back, it's ridiculous. They never specify what you're supposed to have done, and are not helpful at all. And yet there are people I have played against who are obviously cheating and their accounts are still active.

    They are not? If a real person was looking at these bans they would be resolved quicker, I have never cheated, never used software to better my gameplay or even use in game exploits, I played a completely Local and LAN mode with one friend. You dont get to just say false things becuase your a community manager, Ive reported any community Manager in this forum for posting false statements, Ive reported this all to the BBB and LinkedIn VP of EA and AntiCheat.

    The ToS Team may as well be 17 blind robots hitting buttons in a room, Have you not noticed the Huge influx of Bans for no reason other than GAMEPLAY ADVANTAGE. this is a joke.
