@CantGetRight Wondering if it's something to do with the grapple bug where if it hooks onto a helicopter it stays where it "attached" and will pull Macay into empty space vs. following the aircraft. Game can't make the initial calculation for the hit for whatever reason and just freaks out and tries to adjust, but the turn radius on the missiles is too big to actually hit the target.
Who knows, just another mysterious bug in the hundreds of bugs that continue to plague this game and make it difficult to enjoy : /

I'd be inclined to thing it's a bug too. Something in the back of my mind is telling me I've seen other people mention this as well.

It was too funny as I was getting excited about taking down a heli with the TOW and well you can imagine my disappointment as it went into orbit not once but twice.
- 4 years ago@CantGetRight Expecting the game to work as intended may be one of those "brutal expectations". Guess we'll find out if a fix for the AA/TOW rockets is in the notes for the next update...whenever those are ready.
- ATFGunr4 years agoLegend@CantGetRight I’ve seen rockets suddenly spin 2-3 times around a helo then explode. Since the choppies don’t have active countermeasures beyond flares, I don’t understand what causes the action. Happens regularly too. I assume it’s a glitch. Add it to the list eh?
