Good info. Surprising to hear the anti-vehicle specialist receives no benefit from SOFLAM'ed targets.
Based on what I'm hearing I'd expect much fewer M5's and stingers on the Battlefield. (People with an anti-vehicle mindset are likely running Lis). Uncoordinated SOFLAM use might have gone from being pretty iffy to a waste of time with less people able to take advantage of it.

According to this video, Liz and her rocket was specifically designed to counterbalance the stealth helicopters.
I'm really enjoying the BSV-M now that I've unlocked it. I burn through ammo really quickly with it, mostly because of my bad aim, but it fun to use. I guess it's like a modern day Commando Carbine from BFV.
Lis really needs more rockets; they run out so fast and take forever (imo) to replenish. I understand there needs to be some semblence of balance but I can have more rockets that do more damage with literally any other specialist, not to mention Angel can have an unlimited supply
