I have an issue with how engineers are both clucky to switch between thanks to the liz restrictions and with how the other 2 options have boring traits in comparison

We have 3 engineers right now.
Liz is the anti vehicle engineer
Charlie is the repair engineer
Boris is the noob-trap engineer. (too nerfed)
After the introduction of the Javelin, I have been wanting to use them more but I generally do not find Charlie and Boris to be appealing with their kit.
Liz seems the obvious choice for the role but for balance reasons she cannot have two launchers. Switching the loadout between her and the other engineers is also a bit annoying as she is halfway into being a class of her own due to the launcher restrictions.
So what if:
You were able to pick other launchers with Liz at the cost of losing her TV missile and instead being able to regenerate the missiles of the other launchers instead.
This would also smooth out the loadout transition between the engineers.
Alternatively you can always overhaul Boris so he becomes the choice engineer for the non TV missile launchers instead of the "haha my turret managed to finish off some unfortunate guy with 5 hp left" guy
See what I mean:
Current /default Liz
Primary gun
Secondary gun
Specialist slot: G-84
Specialist passive: that highlight thing
Gadget: anything that is not a launcher
Throwable
repair tool
Alternative Liz when there is a launcher on the gadget slot
Primary Gun
Secondary gun
Specialist slot: g-84 disabled, instead regenerates rockets for the M5/stinger/javelin as a second passive like it regenerates G-84 ammo on the current loadout
specialist passive: that highlight thing
Gadget: M5/stinger/javelin

Dude, all Engineers should be perfectly able to repair friendly vehicles and damage hostile ones without any trouble. Besides, it would be better if we didn't have Specialists included the game in the first place!
