How exactly does this work. I mean I noticed sometimes no matter how long you wait vehicles will not be available then a certain area is taken and one becomes available. Is is dependant on what flag...

@SithMetal71 The countdown you see is just how long you are locked for the vehicle for example it shows 1min 30sec. but the vehicle spawntime is shorter (mostly 10sec) so while you are locked, someone else can get the vehicle... so you must need to wait until that person dies, and wait until the vehicle is available again.
