For many years, the Battlefield series has had a special reward for players who are veterans of the series. I had “Veteran Battlefield” tokens (Dog tag) in BF4, BF Hardline, BF1, BF5.
It is quite possible to enter a Token (Dog tag) and a profile card.
And I, like other veterans, would be pleased to have something similar in 2042 - as a badge of honor. I am sure that many will support me with this idea.

@ATFGunr The cards you are talking about are dedicated to the anniversary of the Battlefield series.
And I'm talking about a special reward that was previously given out from game to game. And in this episode 2042, they apparently forgot about her.
As an option, you can make a set of veteran awards - depending on the number of games in the series.

@ATFGunr the cards you’re referring to can be equiped by anybody, regardless whether they’ve played that actual game or not. What @sx007-ivan means is a reward for the true veterans of the series who played one or more previous titles. Which we indeed used to have in other Battlefield games.
Maybe some kind of subtitle on top of player name and tag based on the military hierarchy?
Where someone for whom Battlefield 2042 is his/her first Battlefield game gets the label Private up to General for someone who has played every Battlefield since Battlefield 1942. The more titles played the higher the rank.
I'd really like the veteran stuff to come back, it was a nice simple way of recognising people who have supported the series throughout the years.
@RanzigeRidder2 And you correctly noted that for some this is the first game, but for others this is the path that has followed from BF3 (for me) every game in the series to the present. For me, 2042 is the sixth game in the series (mine) and there are few who can boast of this. So we need to encourage such veterans of the game.
@ElliotLH I completely agree. This topic should be raised so that other players can express their opinions and the developers notice that they have forgotten about the veterans of the game series as an integral part of the community.
@RanzigeRidder2 Nobody promised that same classic of the past. At the start, 2042 was completely different, and after a long time and many patches we have something similar to the classics, but everything is absolutely not the same.
Now, if 3-4 cards from each previous game in the series were added to the Portal, then everyone would find something for themselves that they are so nostalgic about.
I would love to play on Bf4 maps (my favorite in the series) in 2042.
@sx007-ivanThere should be more avatars and badges. dot. Text and images don't take up much space, so you should have more of them.
More importantly, these give people a sense of purpose. A reason to play, a motive.
