Mortars but not the point and click kind from BF 4 and 1. More like the rocket artillery from Battlefield 3 where you have to fire and adjust the angle yourself with each shot.
As long as Claymores aren't toothless and worth using, I'll be happy 😊

I would have to say heartbeat sensor (not the stupid COD one where you can use it standing out in the open forever away from anyone...) or some kind of vehicle or personal rail gun like in Final Stand or whatnot.
Yeah, moving vehicles that trigger them would be chased. Stop moving and they'd stop tracking. Less insta-kill than regular mines but good way of trapping a vehicle. In modern Battlefield I guess you'd also be able to destroy them by shooting them.

- Sensor ball.
- Black Hornet nano UAV

- EMP mine(anti-Infantry)
- Flare/Flare Gun, Night maps.
- Colour smoke
- Flash bangs/stun grenades.
If we are not getting commander Artillery /missile strike, UAV or Squad Leader call-in Mortar.
Then some indirect fire devices like mortar.
Sabotage kit 😇
Spawn beacon shouldn't make loud noise. Minor one only or no noise at all because it's too easy to find in Battlefield 4 because of that.
