What will happen for DICE after developing Battlefield 2042?
Will DICE make a Battlefront III or come back to Battlefront II or they will instead dedicate their time for Battlefield 2042 DLC?
What do you guys think?

It's a live service game so some of the developers will keep making content. The rest will go over to other projects. Somehow I kinda hope it's a completely new IP, that would be interesting.
@Carbonic I really liked Hardline both the SP and MP, it got bombed for having the BF name though... Something like that would be great.
probably the same as they on BFV live service.
if the game goes bad, less people will work on the live service.
before it shuts down, as it happen with BFV.
if it goes well, more people will work on it.
for a longer time.
but for now, we can only wait and see.
- @Player55 They will probably just ride off into the sunset… their earthly work completed.
Hopefully they will dedicate their time and resources to providing an actual live service instead of dumping it on a bare minimum crew so they can go make a new game.

- Battlefield 2157: First Contact War
Based off the First Contact War between Humanity and the Turians we hear about during the Mass Effect Trilogy.
Only had one planet with actual fighting but can still do some big battles.
