When does 2042 show in origin library?

I preodered at bestbuy, my code said already redeemed. Nothing showing in origin, so still not sure if I got screwed or not.  When will I see if I even get the game I bought? Its been too long for be...

    Just for a follow up for anyone else in this situation, I have found a solution. 

    While fighting with all of the different places, I decided to try the code supplied to get the code for the game again. It then spit out a different game code, which worked.  So try that if you are having same issue, no one told me to do this, it was just something I tried.

Thats a good idea, but tried that as well. Tried multiple computers, fresh install of origin, the ea app, etc.

My guess is that it will show in your Games Library once the download for the early access become available 11/10

    Thats my hope as well. But so many people have it in library already, and never once have I seen anywhere that my code worked, no email, etc.

      @Outkast1877 You can confirm you tried to manually add the full game to your library as well?

        I have clicked the page for game, not sure what I can do to manually add it to library.  It just says preorder the game now.

      @Outkast1877Sorry to hear your problems, must be extremely frustrating.
      I bought my preorder through Epic Games months ago and when i activated my code, the release version appeared both in the Epic game launcher and a moment later, also in Origin.
      If you have not been in ouch with Origin and let them know, do that first.

      If you paid with a card, you could contact the card company and request a refund, reporting it as fraud, if it comes to that.

      It might have been someone along the supplyline who fancied a copy and used it themselves, a faulty code or what ever, you did not get whet you paid for.

      I would say that if you have the activation code, and you are certain it is for origin (IE. not Steam or Epic Games, might be worth a shot to try it with them, but it would seem unlikely), you should have it showing in your Origin launcher immediately after activating it, else something is wrong.

      (All the above only applies, if you did not proudly posted a photo of your code on twitter or somewhere before trying to activate it :o) )

        Yea, didnt post code anywhere, thats for sure. 

        It came with instructions, followed them completely. 

        My last ditch effort is reverse the charge on card, I was trying to wait till the 10th to do that though.
