Why Cant EA Stop the Cheaters on BF2042

We have been getting promised forever that EA would do something about the cheaters, Yet they force us to cross platform with all these PS5 and Xbox guys who are using ch***us and other devices, yes XBOX started doing something about it, BUT WHY HASN'T EA TAKEN MEASURES TO STOP THE CHEATING? Your anti-cheat software is useless if it doesn't detect the cheaters and their add-on devices.

EA vowed to stop cheaters back in BFV and they haven't delivered yet! Is EA waiting till 2042 actually comes around to do anything, cause it sure seems that way when there are tons of aim-bot cheaters using 3rd party devices that EA is doing nothing to stop.

Watch EA will ban me because they refuse to do anything about the cheating

Their paying customers too lol. I think EA has stock in the cheating industry.

Why else would they let cheaters ruin their games.

    Oh, and in before lock.

Unfortunately, 'underhand' methods of play (far, far worse than mere scripts) are more widespread than people normally associate consoles with.

Whenever you die suspiciously to a console player do not automatically just blame aim-assist. Previous BFs (namely BFV and BF1) are simply unplayable in some servers, both on Xbox and PS.

  • I've reported people with supporting videos in BFV and seen them banned, However after BF2042 released I reported a Japanese hacker 5 times over 1 month in BFV, all with supporting videos showing they were using a speed hack to run super fast and EA did nothing.

It was at that point I realized EA doesn't care about supporting customers once they have your cash, frankly why I quit playing Battlefield and Switched to CoD, at least Blizzard is trying to doing something to stop the cheating. You don't got to suck up to EA, they wont do anything to help you.

    Hi all,

We have a rule to close any discussions related to cheating. This measure is in place because we cannot investigate cheating directly via forum. You can find more details here.

If you suspect any instances of cheating in our games, I highly suggest referring to our article on reporting players. It provides valuable guidance on how to address such concerns effectively. If your account is banned in relation to cheating, please contact our terms of service team.
