Agreed, please use the extra time you'll now have as study time (misions, insentive, seeryoslie??)
- ATFGunr3 years agoLegend@Kyosji Because you love it? Because quitting will just put you back in the same map after 5+ minutes of quitting and loading? You’re right though mate, you could do that.

It takes me roughly 1-1.5 minutes to quit a match and get into a new game. I can earn 3 logistic ribbons usually within 5 minutes of a map start. Once maps track, it stays on your account, so quitting then coming back into a new game for more ribbons wont make you lose the ones you got in the previous game.
The system is bad, there's no incentive for someone to actually stay in the game if they're only there for the weeklies Having to play 20-30 minute long maps to only earn 3 ribbons for a mission that requires 25 is just forcing you to play a way some people don't want to play. Feels like I'm being forced to play a style they want me to play instead of me enjoying the play style I like to play. Having to shoot med pens at people for 9 rounds, or sitting in a heli with a repair tool is not fun for me, so forcing me to play that way for 3-4 hours is just dumb.
In the grand scheme of things I'm not sure why this is that big of a deal, you have an entire week to get them done.
I can usually complete all the weekly missions in a couple of hours of playing, at most it might take a couple of days worth of gaming.
It's not really trying to "force" anybody to do anything, rather I believe it's just meant to encourage focusing on other aspects of gameplay.
Just playing normally should get you or anyone else the ribbons needed over an entire weeks worth of gaming.
