Why MTAR needs a buff ? While M5A3 has bigger damage drop off

How does it make sense for MTAR buff if M5A3 smg mag is 900 rpm which is the same rate of fire as MTAR but only does 22 damage up to 10 meters while MTAR up to 40 meters, unless dice screw up M5 drop...

They are reducing recoil in next update as well. I dont mind recoil adjustment but they can't just up the damage of it
