Why nobody seems to give out orders when requested?

@Estynytapa_Haiku Literally no incentive for Squad play besides reviving each other and spawning on each other. Most distant feature from a Battlefield game in 2042 is the Squad mechanics. There isn't even a proper Squad management screen so I'm not surprised Squads are so poorly implemented.

I agree with the points above, there is no benefit to playing as a squad in 2042.  Without the mechanics to change squad leader or earn squad points for special call-ins, there is absolutely no point in requesting, following or giving orders.  Sadly at this point in 2042's life, I doubt we will see any changes to this.  It's one of the single biggest mistakes DICE made with this game.
