Not my kind of game!

Would probably give it a go, but I'm not a big fan of that type of game so doubt it'd capture my attention.

No
- WedgeTornado2 years agoSeasoned Veteran@ElliotLH Does the traditional battle royal offer teamplay elements or is it free for all? I wouldnt mind trying it if its somewhat teamplay based like extraction.
- YourLocalPIumber2 years agoSeasoned Ace@WedgeTornado No. I play Battlefield for Battlefield. If you want BR/ER, go play WZ 2.0
- ElliotLH2 years agoHero+@WedgeTornado I don't have a huge deal of experience with them in all honesty but I think it varies between titles. I know CoD has duos and squads, so there's some squad-play there, plus Vigor had some interesting mechanics as well, but I think the majority might be more of a free-for-all. Again, my knowledge of them is admittedly weak as I don't really play them so I could be off base there entirely.
Uhm nope.
I tried Fortnite and Pubg for a while since BF1/5 weren't up to my standards. It's ok but I played TDM in FN instead of that stupid building mode. Just enough to scratch the shooter itch. Can't blame BF for trying but I don't feel like royale is a great fit. BF is designed for rush and conquest.
Now if it's a free mode or something, sure why not.
- ATFGunr2 years agoLegend@WedgeTornado Heck no, I’d use a stronger adjective but that’s not allowed lol. V tried it, didn’t look like it was a popular mode at all. It’s not what Battlefield players want. Turns out what they tried in 2042 also isn’t what we want. Hopefully the next one meets at least our minimum expectations.
