These are hardly OP, they're a (decent?) transport vehicle at best, with no offensive capabilities, save shots being fired from the passenger seat.
I've had no problem dealing with them, RPGs can one-shot them, Crawford's minigun absolutely shreds them, not to mention it's very easy to simply shoot the completely exposed passenger and pilots off the thing.
It's new, it's different, and it's only been in the game for about (checks notes) 3 days at this point, try to figure out some alternative ways to counter it before declaring it OP or a problem.
