I've tried all the steps from the page you provided, reinstalling Windows, using VPN and so on, is there any way I can look at the Battlefield 2042 logs or the EA app to get more information?

So far I'm getting the error that's in the attached screenshot below.

    I have been getting this error for over a week now. I have chatted with EA Help multiple times. Nothing has helped. Also, this is for EA fc 24 and PGA tour 23.
