"Сomputer is currently offline" message appeared after trying to fix the game

We've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA Account, you'll need to connect to the Internet

At first, like everyone else, I had a problem with downloading the patch from Steam, I used the repair function in the installation launcher
Next Sent back to EA app every launch, I tried to reinstall the launcher and found that I did not have it in the list of programs, and EAUninistaller did not work
After that, I tried to manually delete all folders associated with EA, including ProgramFiles, AppData, ProgramData, but nothing helped, the installer kept saying that I already had the launcher installed and this error appeared when I started the game:

• We've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA Account, you'll need to connect to the Internet

I tried all the solutions I found on the Internet, I even managed to remove the EA app using Windows tools and install it again, but I just can’t get rid of this error.
