100% CPU Usage issue that shouldn't exist in the first place.

@Apoc000 I have switched from Game Pass to Steam today, didn't start the game for a month before. So i redownloaded game, cleared ea app cache, shaders etc, but got 100% CPU usage, constant 2-3 seconds freezes and completely unplayable game.
I have 5800x3d and 3080ti and never had this problems when I was on Game Pass platform. I thought maybe it was something with my windows, so I reinstall it from scratch but this didn't help.
Come on EA......
