@EA_Leeuw Hi and thanks for responding.
Our accounts are completely separate - I have an EA account and purchased my game via Origin and play on PC; my brother has a Xbox account and purchased his game via Xbox and plays on Xbox.

I did not mean that. I meant that your Xbox Gamertag where you play Battlefield with is also connected to the PC EA-account persona where you play Battlefield with? You can check this via https://myprofile.ea.com or via our Live Support via https://help.ea.com/contact-us.
If it is the case that they are connected to the same accounts, it is very normal that you can not play simultaneously on the same EA account, because this is sadly not possible. Only one platform account connected to the EA account can be used at any one time, if it is about the same game.

- 4 years ago@EA_Leeuw Hi. Sorry I don’t know how to put this other than the accounts are completely separate in EVERY single respect. The only thing that’s the same is that we live in the same house and plug into the same router/modem. And as I said we have played other multiplayer games like Fortnite with separate accounts without any problems.

@kompete, so you are 100% certain that your Xbox account where you play Battlefield with is not connected to the EA Origin account for PC where you try to play Battlefield with simultaneously?
If you are certain of that, it is indeed most likely the case that there's an issue with your local network which is preventing you from playing the game simultaneously. I see that DeniedMercy has a nice worksheet posted with possible ports that can be forwarded to see if they fix the issue for you.

This is my issue. I have two games linked to one EA account. Is there any work around for this?

Hey @wardogs158,
Do you mean two different console accounts linked to one and the same EA account for Battlefield 2042?- 4 years ago@EA_Leeuw To my knowledge this is the case. My Origin account shows that my Xbox is linked.
